Trainee teachers graduated in a special celebration in North East Lincolnshire.
All 11 teachers on the Humber Teaching School programme passed their Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and each has secured a full-time post from September.
Healing School is the lead organisation in the region's only Teaching School and it has partnered with School Direct to run the trainee programme.
Sue O'Hare, Director of Humber Teaching School, was delighted with the scheme's success.
"Those passing the PGCE have benefitted from the Humber Teaching School's excellent record for providing outstanding teacher training and support," she said.
"We are delighted for the 11 individuals that they each have jobs in September. They will go into schools confident that their training programme has equipped them for all eventualities."
The School Direct primary and secondary programmes are school-based and lead to the award of PGCE at Masters Level (Level 7) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), said Miss O'Hare.
"The Humber Teaching School, School Direct partnership of schools continues to grow to ensure high quality teachers are recruited locally.
"The number of applications to train with the Teaching School is increasing, with 20 high calibre trainees working in local schools in September 2014," Miss O'Hare added.
Other partners in the programme include Bishop Grosseteste University and The University of Hull plus Caister CofE Methodist Primary, Franklin College, Healing Primary, Kidgate Primary, Laceby Stanford Primary, Lisle Marsden C of E Academy, Ormiston South Parade Academy, Signhills Primary Academy and Stallingborough Primary.
